First Day Nerves?
It’s normal to feel some jitters. Our front desk and trainers make introductions a priority, so you’ll never walk in unknown. Expect a warm hello, quick overview, and someone to answer questions before your class even begins.
What About Equipment?
No need to bring anything extra. Equipment is provided and instructions are clear. Coaches demonstrate how to use every item and check that everyone is comfortable before starting the workout to help ensure your safety.
Am I Fit Enough?
You don’t have to be an athlete to join! Classes are designed with levels and modifications, and coaches give supportive feedback to encourage steady, healthy progress — with space to rest as needed.
